We take care to use only the cleanest sections of each hide, hand-stitching every seam with a tight, narrow zigzag technique built for strength and a nearly invisible finish.

The back is lined with a protective eco-friendly fabric, corners are gently weighted to prevent curling, and the edges are finished with binding tape so the rug sits flat and stable underfoot.

Hide rugs like this one are naturally stain-resistant and easy to live with day to day. For full care guidance, see our Cowhide Care Instructions page.
