About Our Products
All rugs sold by Lifestyle by Cara are handmade to order from genuine, natural cowhide and leather sourced in Argentina. Because each hide is unique, natural variation in color, pattern, and texture is expected — your finished rug will closely resemble, but may not be identical to, the photos shown on our website. This natural variation is not considered a defect.
Production Time
Because every rug is made to order, production time varies by size and design, generally ranging from 4 to 14 weeks. Estimated timelines provided at the time of order are our best estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. We will do our best to keep you informed of your order's progress.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars and include shipping unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through PayPal at the time of order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Custom Orders and Cancellations
Because rugs are made to order specifically for you, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production starts.
Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express (or comparable carrier). Shipping is included in the listed price unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events outside our control.
Returns
Our full Return Policy applies to all orders and is available on our website. In summary: returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective or significantly different from what was ordered; the buyer is responsible for return shipping; and refunds are issued via PayPal upon receipt of the returned item.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including photos, product descriptions, and designs — is the property of Lifestyle by Cara and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifestyle by Cara is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your home country.
