Return Policy

We accept returns if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or significantly different from what was ordered — please contact us first to receive approval and return instructions.

 

The item must be shipped back to Argentina with a tracking number, in the same condition it was received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the merchandise cost via PayPal — with no restocking fee for verified defects.

 

If you'd prefer, we're also happy to send a replacement piece instead of a refund.

 

Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery will not be honored.
